Everyone has had the experience of not having enough hours in the day to accomplish everything you need to. Given the busy lives that we all lead, staying organized and staying productive can be a challenge. It is easy to get caught up on the wrong path and waste valuable time you need to get things done. Take some advice from ten of the world’s most productive people about staying on task and staying productive.
1. No Email in the Morning
Author of The 4-Hour Workweek Tim Ferriss has a brilliant strategy for handling the ubiquitous time-sink that is email. He spends the first few hours of the day ignoring it. According to Ferriss:
2. Create a System for Certain Tasks
When you have something you work on everyday it is best to create a system to handle it efficiently and without getting overwhelmed. Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos.com has come up with a strategy for staying on top of emails that he calls “Yesterbox.” Each morning when he boots up his computer he only answers emails he received the day before. As he explains on yesterbox.com:
3. Limit Decision Fatigue
Each time you have to make a decision you use up a little bit of your limited supply of mental energy. To make the most of your cognitive reserves eliminate unnecessary decisions and simplify others. Take an example from productivity gurus like Steve Jobs, Barack Obama, and Albert Einstein and wear the same outfit every day. By not spending time and energy on picking out clothes, you have more time and energy to devote to more worth-while things.
4. Handle Things Once
When swift action or decision-making is required, use Harvard Business Professor Robert Pozen’s OHIO strategy and Only Handle It Once. If you get an important email that requires your attention, reply immediately and move on to the next task. Keep your day moving and keep easily finished tasks off your to- do list.

5. Prioritize Tasks
Sometimes the best strategies for staying productive are the most obvious. Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg stresses the importance of getting easy tasks out of the way in rapid-fire succession:
6. Take Vacations
In a world where everyone is always fighting to get ahead it might seem counter-intuitive to go on vacation, but more and more companies are adopting policies that make time away from the office mandatory. Taking some time to clear your head and relax can do wonders for your productivity when you return. Follow Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer’s philosophy:
7. Sleep
Similar to taking regular vacations, getting a good night’s sleep will recharge your brain and improve your ability to stay on task. Huffington Post founder Arianna Huffington swears by the strategy of stepping away from a perpetually busy schedule to get the necessary amount of rest (at least 7 hours a night). Not only are you more able to make decisions when you’re rested, those decisions tend to be of better quality and you are less likely to feel overwhelmed by them.
8. Stay Fit
Take a page from Virgin CEO Richard Branson’s playbook and treat working out like it is part of your job. Many productive people (and scientists alike) find that engaging in at least 20 minutes of moderate intense exercise each day keeps their brains working at a high level and their energy levels high to match.

9. Start Early
You may not love the idea of waking up at the crack of dawn but a surprising number of the world’s most productive people love to get a head start on their day by starting early. Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz takes advantage of working at a company built on foundations of caffeine:
10. Keep a Routine
Let’s end with a tip from one of the busiest and most powerful men in the world, US president Barack Obama. The secret that keeps him from getting overwhelmed when the going gets tough is to keep to a strict schedule. In addition to only ever wearing blue or gray suits, the leader of the free world insists on his morning workout, dinner with his daughters, and having a late night block of time devoted to reading and preparing for the next day’s work. By limiting uncertainty, he is able to stay maximally productive.

9 Strategies To Stay Awake While Reading
Sometimes, it just doesn’t matter how great the book is, you just can’t stay awake when you pick up a book to read. In the car, on the bed, sitting on the couch or even on an uncomfortable wooden bench and so on, it doesn’t matter where you are reading; you quickly fall asleep after reading a few paragraphs. That can be most annoying when you’re trying to study your academic materials. You may have been advised previously to make use of caffeine products but I must tell you that while such products may keep you awake for as long as you take them, they cause long-term damages to your brain. I have drafted out this post to outline some steps you can take whenever you want to read and stay awake:
1. Read in a place you can stay alert:
Where you stay to read is one of the greatest
determinants of how alert you can stay while reading. A lot of us like to read in bed. When you get into bed, your body and brain register that you are in bed and start to shut down for sleep. Try reading on a quite comfortable seat or if the sleep problem is serious, maybe in public. It would be embarrassing to fall asleep in a public place! A lot of it has to do with your mind. Read in a place you can stay alert.
2. Try reading at a time you are most awake:
Reading at the proper time of the day is important. If you read just a few a pages of a book and then go to sleep, you teach your brain to get ready to sleep whenever you read. Figure out a time you are most awake and read then. For some people, they are most awake right after they wake up in the morning; others are usually wide awake in the evenings. If you’re usually sleepy in the afternoons around say 3 p.m., it’s not such a good idea to read at that time. Many people like to read at night, but that is when they are most tired. Even though, it all depends on body system and how you’ve set your biological clock. If you must read at night, make sure it’s at a time you are most awake.
3. Take actions to keep your mind alert while
reading:
If the location and time you read seem not to be the problem, and you still find yourself falling asleep while reading, try this one. Sometimes when we read, our minds wander off and we lose focus from the book. Try getting a highlighter and use it to highlight parts of the book while you read without mutilating it. It will also make your mind stay alert to develop adequate interest in what you’re reading. Also, you can try taking down notes or looking up words you don’t understand in a dictionary. This method is great especially when you’re studying and not just reading. The main idea, is to keep your mind alert while reading.
4. Train your brain to know when it’s time for
reading:
Training your brain is one of the best ways to teach yourself to stay awake while reading. If you begin to fall asleep each time you pick up a book to read, it means that your brain has registered that and assumes that’s the way it’s meant to be. You need to make it think otherwise by letting it know that you aren’t reading so that you can fall asleep, you’re reading because you want to know what the book talks about. Read more often books of interest to you to train your brain to think this way.
5. Never let yourself fall asleep while
reading:
Another step you can take is to never allow yourself fall asleep while reading. If you start to feel yourself drifting off, stop reading immediately and wake yourself up. Do a few jumping jacks, drink some coffee, preferably decaffeinated, or take a cold shower. Doing these things teach your brain that reading time is not sleep time. Eventually, your brain will learn this and stop triggering the getting-ready-to- sleep mechanism each time a book is in your hands.

6. Sit up straight when reading:
Another way to stay awake is to sit up straight when reading. It’s very difficult to stay awake when you’re lounging in your bed because your brain thinks a bed is for sleeping in. It is also very difficult to stay awake when lying on the sofa which is supposed to be for relaxing. Find a not-too-comfy chair with a straight back and sit in it or if need be, stand. I know a few people who can do it but falling asleep while standing takes quite a bit of work. You don’t have to read this way always, but doing it for a while will teach your brain that staying awake and alert when it’s time to read is what it’s supposed to do.
7. Develop interest in what you’re reading:
It is important as well to read books that are interesting to you and capture your attention. It is difficult for your brain to shut down for sleep if it is consumed with what is being read. At least until you get over the habit of falling asleep while reading, read books that really interest you. Pay close attention to each word and don’t allow your eyes to skim the page. Think about what you are reading. Consider it. Meditate on it. Be an active reader. Reading is an activity and so many us tend to forget that when reading. Your brain should be involved in mental gymnastics while you read. If you want to a read a book that seems to be boring to you, research about interesting things about the subject and why you need to be knowledgeable in that area and intrigue yourself with them.
8. You may want to read aloud if everything
else refuses to work:
If you still fall asleep while reading after trying out the other steps, you may want to read aloud. Yes, it sounds quite silly but reading aloud triggers a different section of your brain, especially if the learning style you adopt is auditory. Try reading the book aloud to yourself in front of a mirror and it will be impossible for you to fall asleep. Of course, you’ll have to do this in a location where you’ll not disturb others.
9. Finally, you don’t have to go through these quite extreme measures forever. Read a book or two while following a good number of these steps and your brain will sooner or later learn that time to read is not a time for sleep. After that, you can sit on a couch and read and not have to drink a cup of coffee to stay awake. It probably still isn’t a good idea to lie in bed and read or read before you go to bed because you may have a relapse. It would be like telling your brain to do two different things at the same time, to sleep and at the same time stay awake and read. This could result in your having to start the process over again so it’s better to just form the habit of reading in a chair.
How else do you think one can stay awake while reading? What’s missing here?

7 Stupid Ideas That Are Holding You Back From Being Your Best
In my life I have had seven definite ideas that have held me back from being the best person I can be. When I think about what Bill Maher says about ideas, mine were ridiculous, but I believed them to be “true.” If you feel you are not living your life to your fullest potential, keep reading! Because if you nod yes to one or more of these seven stupid ideas, then maybe you need to change your ideas.
1. I don’t deserve success, it is unachievable so I
wont try.
This is an idea that is based on a limiting self-belief, and that actually says you have no hope inside of you and therefore don’t believe you deserve to be successful. Your mind is using a truck load of energy focusing on the negative elements of you — it’s very draining! Instead focus on the positive elements in your life and I guarantee you will feel so much better about yourself.
2. Others will think I am stupid if do this.
Here’s another limiting self-belief and the words of Ellen DeGeneres say it all about this stupid idea: Surround yourself with people who make you happy, who support you, believe in you and who see you at your best. They are the people who will stop you from thinking you are an idiot and stupid. I do, however, like what Ellen says about being more definite in saying you are a loser rather than saying you think you are!

3. It’s too late for me to change or to do what I
want to do.
This is just an excuse to accept our lot in life. The older we get, the less opportunity we believe we have to follow our dream. It is never too late — it is only because we choose to believe it is too late. The power of choice sits with us. If you are a mid-lifer like me, then you will be surrounded by people who believe that it is too late and are waiting to retire. Go surround yourself with young people just starting out on their journey and absorb their energy and positivity about life. Hopefully that will ignite you to go and do what ever it takes to follow your dream.
4. I tried, but it didn’t work out as I expected, so I am not doing that again.
This is a stupid, negative idea that focuses on your failure. This idea could so easily be turned around to an idea that says, “I gave it a go and it didn’t turn out as I expected, but wow what a journey! I learned heaps and next time I will be more aware of…” Which idea feels better to say? I am guessing that it is the second idea that feels better. So why focus on negative thoughts when they make you feel yuck? Failures are part of the package of life, so embrace failure, learn from your failures, adjust and keep going.
5. I am actually comfortable with how things are
at the moment.
Not only is this idea stupid, it is dangerous and it is tricky. Because to be your best you have to be courageous and uncomfortable at times. I too like the safety of comfort and contentment, but after a while it does get boring. You start to feel worse and even more discontented. I find that once I take up a challenge and push myself out of my comfort zone, life becomes a good-scary and exciting! If you choose to step out of your comfort zone and you don’t feel energized and excited, then you haven’t stepped out far enough!
6. To be my best requires too much hard work and energy and I don’t have that right now. Maybe later…
This crazy idea suggests that you maybe lack a vision of what it is you want. You actually don’t know what your best looks like and therefore you will find an excuse for not doing what it takes to be that. If you lack clarity about what you want to be, then the desire and motivation are nonexistent. I know that, personally, I have to be clear about what it is I want and what success looks like for me. If I can feel it, smell it and visualise it, then I will do what ever it takes. If not, I will find any excuse as to why I can’t do it.
7. It’s too overwhelming and I am scared.
To be our best we actually have to change who we are and what we think. And yes, it is overwhelming and scary! If being our best was easy and not scary, then we would be going for it and living our life to our fullest potential. Life is not like that and this stupid idea illustrates how fearful we are of change. Life is not a straight line, it’s full of twists and turns and tough times. However, if we choose it to be, we can live a life full of joy, happiness and love. To be the best person you want to be embrace change and your vulnerability. When I watched BrenĂ© Brown: The Power of Vulnerability, it was like a whole new world of thinking opened up to me. Once I stepped into my power of vulnerability, I stopped being scared and overwhelmed and became free of my fear and my stupid ideas. So get rid of your stupid ideas, embrace change, take up the challenge and go for it!

7 Reasons You Won’t Start Studying Until It’s Too Late, And What To Do About It
For most of us, the experience of studying for an exam can be captured in one word: panic. You’ve got 18 hours, exhausted, and sitting there staring at an equations sheet full of gibberish. Whyyy? Why didn’t I start earlier?
Believe it or not, there are forces acting against you, pulling you away from starting early enough so that you can comfortably learn new material. Here are 7 of the most insidious reasons why you don’t start early, and what you can do about it.
1. You’re anticipating hard work
Procrastination is generally viewed as this guilt-ridden character defect shared almost universally by all students. The problem is, this is exactly what we should expect to happen from an evolutionary perspective. Humans are known to be cognitive misers: we
conserve mental resources
whenever possible, especially when facing
tasks not viewed as “essential to our survival.” In other words, we put off studying until the last
minute because (1) we know the work is hard and will require a lot of mental energy, and (2) until there’s the threat of actually failing the exam (and therefore potentially being humiliated publicly) we’re not in enough emotional pain to motivate us to start studying.

Additionally, when your brain anticipates multiple outcomes that are all viewed as “painful” (the pain of studying vs. the pain of failing out of college) you become immobilized, unable to choose the lesser of two evils, and push off the work even further. Schedule in time for yourself first and then fill in the gaps with study time. As Niel Fiore discusses in bestselling classic, The Now Habit, part of the reason you procrastinate is because you see no end in site. Think of the difference between a 100 yard dash and a marathon. In the first case you’re able to give maximum effort because you can see the finish line and know it will be over soon. The marathon runner is not so lucky. They know there’s a long road ahead filled with pain and exhaustion, and subconsciously conserve their effort to ensure they can make it through all 26.2 miles. This is all to say, if you know you get to go hang out in your buddy’s dorm room and goof off for an hour after you study, you’re much more likely to want to invest that energy. As a side benefit, you end up taking advantage of Parkinson’s Law. Because your work expands to fill the time allotted, by scheduling less time for studying, you actually become more productive and focused.
2. You’re sleep deprived
Who in college isn’t pounding the caffeine?
Students who force themselves through weeks upon weeks of 4-6 hour sleep nights, are significantly deteriorating two aspects of their mental performance critical to studying for exams: motivation and vigilance. Studies show that poor sleep negatively impacts motivation. But really, no one needs a study to tell them how much worse your outlook on life is when you’re low on sleep. And vigilance, the ability to maintain concentrated attention over prolonged periods of time, is also significantly reduced during a period of either acute (staying up all night studying), or chronic (cutting sleep short for multiple days) sleep deprivation.
Set yourself an end-of-the-day alarm.
Yes, studying more consistently for shorter chunks will allow you to spread it over a longer period of time; therefore, preventing the need to deprive yourself of sleep just to get your coursework done. But really, it’s a psychological issue. There are a million things we’d rather stay up and do, than go right to bed after a full day of classes, only to have to get up and do the same thing over again. This is a chicken/egg problem: if I don’t get sleep procrastinate studying, but if I go to bed I’ll just have to get up and study. Again, lose-lose. We need to break the cycle. Set yourself an alarm. But not in the morning. Set your alarm for 45 minutes before when you should get to sleep and allow yourself to sleep for a full 8 hours. If you adhere to that you’ll be surprised how many hours of free time seem to materialize. Study time + free time + sleep = happy and successful students.
3. You have a false sense of security
You may think you’re being a diligent student, sitting there in the lecture, listening intently, copying down page after page of notes from the professor. You might even be following along and raise your hand here and there. But there’s a big difference between feeling like you understand something, and actually being able to reproduce it on a test.
This is what we call passive learning, and it’s the best way to ensure that you’ll spend a lot of time and effort trying to learn new material, without actually being able to retain any of it.
Quiz yourself.
Don’t be fooled by your professor’s overly logical explanations. This dude already knows the material, so it’s easy for him to explain it in a way that others find understandable. The real challenge is whether or not you can do the same. If you’re wondering if you actually understand something, quiz yourself. Or better yet, explain it to someone (or yourself, but be warned: people tend to stare). By routinely quizzing yourself, you’ll get a dose of reality of whether you actually know the material or not, instead of what most students do: assume they know it until the night before the test, when they proceed to freak out because they can’t do any of the practice problems.

4. Not all study time is created equal
Fact: seven hours of studying over 7 days is much more effective (more learning per time spent) for understanding new material than 7 hours of studying in one chunk. This is especially true for technical courses with new jargon you have to internalize.
Chunk your study time.
The brain uses a ton of energy (20% of our resting metabolic rate), and there’s only so much you can expend per day. To maximize your retention of new material, you want to take advantage of both active learning and recovery. Because the brain consolidates new neural pathways during sleep, particularly during REM sleep, the more sleep cycles you intersperse between your study hours, the more likely it is that you will retain the material and be able to whip it out on test day. This also allows you to take advantage of spaced repetition. Instead of having to constantly review your material to keep it in the forefront of your memory, you can follow a cycle of ever-increasing time intervals between review sessions (the “forgetting curve”), decreasing the overall amount of time needed to re- learn material you might have forgotten from the beginning of the semester when the final rolls around.
5. The planning fallacy
Humans systematically overestimate what can be accomplished in the short-term, and underestimate what can be accomplished in the long-term. Ironically (and sadly), we only have this problem evaluating our own tasks – providing a pretty accurate picture of how long things will take when evaluating someone else’s situation objectively. “Dude I’ve got this Calc final covered. Just need a couple days before to go over my notes. But you’re screwed for your Orgo class – better head to the library now or you’re never gonna pass.”
Use the 50% rule.
Estimate as conservatively as you can, how much time it’s going to take to study for your exam, assuming you start early and work consistently.
Done? Okay. Now add 50% to that estimate. This will give you a more accurate picture of how much time you really need to allocate to starting studying.
6. You think you have more study time than you
do
Pull up your Sunday schedule. What do you see? Oh looks like I’ve got a big chunk of free time from 4pm to 10pm. Perfect, I’ll just squeeze in 5 or 6 hours of studying and then call it a night.
Try again. It’s more like 2-3 hours.
This is another type of planning mistake: overestimating how much productive time we can extract from any given period. Things we tend to forget: we need to eat; we need to sleep; there will be interruptions (yea right like you’re actually going to shut off your phone). But another thing we fail to account for: the body goes through 90-120 minute activity cycles (called the Ultradian Rhythm). So even though you may be sitting there, highlighting your textbook for 3 hours straight, you really only have the ability to absorb material for 1.5 to 2 hours before you need a period of rest.
Cut your estimated hours in half.
If you think you have 8 hours on Sunday after the game to study, forget it. You actually have 4 or less when you take out time for eating, breaks, and normal daily activities.
7. You can’t get motivated or focused
A lot of us tend to sit around and wait…Waiting for the wave of motivation to strike us to finally get started on the homework assignment due in 24 hours, or studying for the midterm. Here’s the problem: motivation comes and goes, but the demands of school and learning and everyday life don’t. And if you’re relying on your motivation to keep you focused, everything you’re doing is going to be in a perpetual state of lateness and last-minute-ness, because there’s never enough motivation to go around.
Focus on the process, with the end in mind.
Why are you in school? Why do you want a degree? Get clear on exactly what your motivations are. But thinking about the future is not enough. That vision of the future that drives your emotional intensity needs to be linked to your daily activities. (e.g. “Each day I study for Calculus brings me one step closer to being a doctor and making a difference in people’s lives.”) What is the one set of activities each day that will virtually guarantee success in your coursework? And what can you do to organize your day, set up incentives, quit things that don’t matter, etc. to virtually guarantee you will do that one set of activities day in and day out, despite motivation?

ASUU Attacks JAMB Over New Admission Model
The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), University of Ibadan chapter, has faulted the guidelines released by the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) for admission of candidates into Nigerian tertiary institutions stating that JAMB acted beyond its powers.
According to the union, the Senate of Nigerian Universities has the mandate to regulate admission modalities as each university has standards which are not subjected to the whims and caprices of any government appointee.
Speaking, the Chairman of the union, Dr. Deji Omole, said both the Minister of Education, Mallam Adamu Adamu, and JAMB Registrar, Prof. Dibu Ojerinde, first got it wrong by going against the administrative charges collected by institutions for post-UTME and later reversed their stand in their guidelines which he described as illegal and designed to favour children of the rich against the poor.
He mentioned that the point-based scoring system in the guidelines is not new as it has been used in UI 5 years ago and abandoned.
He equally stated that JAMB is only trying to cover up their inadequacies as its credibility is yearly queried.
He pointed out that last year candidates were pushed to private universities against their will and this year JAMB awarded 40 marks to some candidates without justification.
He further mentioned that with the stipulation on the current guidelines many candidates will be disadvantaged and JAMB would have succeeded in entrenching corruption and further kill tertiary education in the country.

Association Of VCs Denies Report That Screening Fee Is Now N2500
The Association of Vice Chancellors of Nigerian Universities (AVCNU) through its Secretary-General, Prof. Michael Faborode, has denied reports credited to the association that the Federal Ministry of Education and other stakeholders in the tertiary education sub-sector have agreed on N2,500 as fee for post- Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (post-UTME) screening.
According to him, it is not the duty of the association to make such pronouncement but that of the Ministry of Education.
He further stated that the whole story exhibits poor reportage, contains half-truth and conjectures, and represents very poor translation of the proper content of a written information as there was no way it was stated in the statement released by the association that Post-UTME is now N2,500 or that CBT has been scrapped.

What Your Sign Says About the Guys You Fall For- (Ksu boy and gal palava)
According to Redbookmag and Aurora Tower, this Is what your sign say about the kid of guys you fall for :
Aries
You usually find yourself coupled up with caring and charming guys (partly because you're pretty caring and charming yourself). Unfortunately, sometimes they want more of your time and energy than you are willing to give. Feel free to tell those guys to back up and defend your need for space. Or just block them on your phone. Either way.
Taurus
Passionate and purposeful guys catch your eye since you really admire men with a strong point of view. On the other hand, you're basically known for sticking to your own point of view until death, so god help them if they're as stubborn as you are. They'll probably have to move to another state.

Gemini
You're basically a human thrill ride, so you love charismatic and adventurous guys. If a guy has a knack for taking risks and coming out on top (aka Chris Hemsworth in pretty much any movie ever) you're smitten. Even if they're on the tame side, they still need to be able to keep up with your quick mind and thirst for variety. Otherwise, you will move on faster than anyone.
Cancer
Because your emotions run so deeply, you tend to prefer charismatic guys who provide you with some degree of emotional stability. And because you're way more likely to want a night at home than a night at the bar, you're the sign most likely to fall in love with a coworker. You see them all the time, you trust them, and you know they'll always be there. Honestly, if you could marry Jim from The Office, you would, but he isn't a real person, so you can't.
Leo
You love intelligent and creative types who inspire you (and others) with their uniqueness, gusto, and determination. You're a born leader and definitely a show-off, so naturally your ideal "hookup bar" is a red carpet. Also, people seriously need to stop judging you for going to those events uninvited.

Virgo
You tend to go for artistic or emotional types who soak up your supportive and nurturing qualities. This can sometimes backfire if you end up with some jerk who loves how much you do for him and doesn't give a lot in return. If that happens, it's totally OK to leave him and find someone who can shower you with attention and candy and compliments because you deserve it all.
Libra
Energy, confidence, and a pioneering spirit are major turn- ons for you. That said, your energetic spirit can exhaust you, so you really appreciate guys who are brave and persistent enough to pursue you. Mostly because if you have to pursue one more guy who is probably an idiot, you're going to fall asleep in the middle of the street.
Scorpio
You like nurturing, practical, and patient partners who will be by your side for the long haul and dote on you when you need it. You're a very giving sign, but let's face it — you also need a lot from your partner. Once you have someone who knows how to weather your kiiiind of erratic moods from moment to moment, you're in for good.
Sagittarius
You love intelligent and open-minded partners who are willing to be there with you on every adventure you go on. And since you're kind of a human version of spring break, partners who have a lot of stamina and fearlessness will win your heart.
Capricorn
Since you're almost always working, you love sensitive, loyal, and affectionate guys who make you feel nurtured and supported. Your schedule literally has no time for guys who aren't sure if they're into you or not. You're too busy being pleasantly curled up in a pile of soft blankets and cozy socks eating cheese.
Aquarius
Your dreamy, ever-changing nature is drawn to guys who are artistic, courageous, and know exactly who they are (aka Chris Evans makes you lose your mind). There's just something about a guy who has an original point of view and won't compromise it for anyone that makes you feel safe and super excited.
Pisces
You love consistent, helpful, and knowledgable guys who bring structure and support into your dreamy, chaos-filled world. And in return, those guys will get one of the most romantic partners they've ever had. Seriously, every day with you is like living inside The Notebook, but less sad.

Women are the sexiest people on the planet and
they are sexy in all kinds of ways.
In fact, every woman is sexy in her own way, every woman defines sexiness in her own way and every woman exhibits sexiness in her own way.
There are quite a few things women do that are unintentionally sexy, though. These make the guys go crazy for us. That's how sexy we are – we're sexy without even trying, without even knowing that we're sexy.
1.) Loving your body
Because men love what they see, it's fascinating to them to see a woman who just loves the way she is and is super confident about her body. As a woman, love your curves, your sharp angles and your soft edges. Also, love your scars, your stretch marks, your best features, and your problem areas. These only make you a confident beautiful woman.
2.) Having a sense of humor
There is nothing sexier than bringing laughter into someone's sad day, week or even life. You might have a ribald sense of humor, a sharp and witty one, or a low-key, dry sense of humor – whatever it is, it's hot… To men, of course!
3.) Showing off your intelligence
Spotlighting your brilliance is super sexy. No need to show-off or behave like you know it all. Being smart and knowing you're right will make someone always think you're being pretentious but who cares!? Never hold back your intelligence. Never be ashamed of how smart you are.
4.) Being optimistic
Being positive with everything doesn't just make someone like being around you but you also get to encourage him/her to see life in another light - positive light! No man wants a woman who always think the worse about everything. Trust me.

Nothing like the eyes… big, wet, loving and pretty. One look and he comes running.
6.) Flicking your hair
Some of us (women) do this with no motive behind our actions. Even with short hair some of us still do it and it always stands out because there's just something sexy about it. It may sound shallow but men believe its sexy.
7.) A simple touch to the chest
Just like a smile, sometimes the natural things are just the sexiest. Only guys can really explain how they feel when her hands run through their chests…especially if they're shirtless.
8.) Biting your lower lip
Even movie directors use this act for the seduction scenes. It works magic on men!

9.) standing on your toes
This is sexy as h***! Even when a woman is just trying to get something from the upper shelve… almost all the men will think of kissing or running to help her out. It drives them crazy.
10.) Placing your head below his chin
This is an obviously unintentional act but the way the woman fits in the man's body sends a sweet sensation through his body. The way you fit with your lover is just special and definitely so sexy.

Trust me.

6.) Flicking your hair

8.) Biting your lower lip

10.) Placing your head below his chin
This is an obviously unintentional act but the way the woman fits in the man's body sends a sweet sensation through his body. The way you fit with your lover is just special and definitely so sexy.
