KOGI STATE GOVERNOR ORDERS POLICE TO ATTACK STUDENTS

The Public Relations Officer,Student Union Government Kogi State University, Ogiri Cosmos reported in the early hours of today that the Governor of Kogi state University in an attempt to curb any form of protest by the union or the students, ordered the state police to stay within the school premises and attack students who try to protest. He reported this on his Facebook Account this morning :
"The executive governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello has ordered a full squad of mobile Police men to halt any plan of Protest against the ongoing strike action embark by ASUU. It's two months and the only action we have received from the Governor is to send Armed Forces to hold the school on hostage. My dear students, your leaders have not been compromised and this action is an insult to the consultations of the students Union Government.
"
This is purely undemocratic !!
